S\u00e5 s\u00f8ger vi hj\u00e6lp blandt vores bekendte, venner eller familie. Det sker imidlertid, at problemerne ikke kun ligger uden for os selv, men ogs\u00e5 uden for de mennesker, der r\u00e6kker os en hj\u00e6lpende h\u00e5nd.
