In the life of every Christian Jesus plays a special role. He is the central figure of our faith. Each of us sees Him as a divine figure, as something sanctified and certainly great and glorified. But sometimes it is worth looking at our Mr. from the other side. For despite his divine origin and his greatness, it must be remembered that Jesus was above all man. He was one of us and there is no doubt at all that Jesus is a historical figure. He is a figure created from blood i bonesalso like God.

Throughout his life on earth, which incidentally lasted 33 years, Jesus surrounded himself with people. He was their teacher and guide. But he was also their friend. He was one of them. Therefore, in the context of His human life on earth should be viewed as a physical, human figure. Despite his divinity, Jesus veins and ate the same diet as everyone else human. And so what Jesus ate? Diet Jesus is largely associated with the period and place in which he veins. So it was probably a Mediterranean diet. We can include in it grainy bread and pure spring water.

He probably consumed a lot of fruit such as dark and light grapes, citrus fruit or even figs. The diet of Jesus probably was also rich in many species of fishwhich could be either fried or grilled. The diet certainly included large quantities plants legumes such as chickpeas, beans or lentils.
