These two sacraments are connected and inseparable.<br \/>\nIn fact, it is not until Confirmation that we are fully ready as children <span id=\"urn:enhancement-4864ad0d\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/bog\">God<\/span>. <span id=\"urn:enhancement-b8d21b07\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/bierzmowanie\">Confirmation<\/span> It is also received in the Orthodox and Anglican churches. In the life of every Catholic it is the next sacrament of initiation into Christianity, after Baptism and <span id=\"urn:enhancement-e5deacff\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/eucharystia_sakrament\">Communion<\/span> Holy.<\/p>\n<p><span>What is Confirmation? <span id=\"urn:enhancement-a2f48e9a\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/bierzmowanie\">Confirmation<\/span> is a sacrament <span id=\"urn:enhancement-acb1a5ce\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/mistagogia\">of christian initiation<\/span>. Through him we receive the anointing and the mark from <span id=\"urn:enhancement-46c5788a\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/duch_swiety\">Holy Spirit<\/span>and our <span id=\"urn:enhancement-739c300f\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/wiara_chrzescijanstwo\">faith<\/span> is thus strengthened.<br \/>\n<span id=\"urn:enhancement-44e60648\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/bierzmowanie\">Confirmation<\/span> this is the next stage of reunion with <span id=\"urn:enhancement-5b43be53\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-person\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/jezus_chrystus\">Jesus Christ<\/span> given only once in a lifetime. The sacrament itself was instituted by <span id=\"urn:enhancement-d9a5dcf7\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-person\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/jezus_chrystus\">Jesus<\/span> when he sent <span id=\"urn:enhancement-6dbd3be8\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/duch_swiety\">Holy Spirit<\/span> on their <span id=\"urn:enhancement-b59cd096\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/apostol\">Apostles<\/span> during the prayer in the Upper Room.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The immediate purpose of Confirmation is to strengthen us in <span id=\"urn:enhancement-6351e66f\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/wiara_chrzescijanstwo\">believe<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>What else does confirmation provide? <span id=\"urn:enhancement-c017cd1a\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/bierzmowanie\">Confirmation<\/span> is our personal and exclusive choice. Not like <span id=\"urn:enhancement-cb6ef502\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/chrzest\">Baptism<\/span> Holy, when the parents make the decision. At this point, it is the believer who decides his or her affiliation and gives himself or herself fully to the <span id=\"urn:enhancement-33c49aff\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/bog_ojciec\">Mr.<\/span> <span id=\"urn:enhancement-c0e4c495\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/bog_ojciec\">God<\/span> in front of His face. <span id=\"urn:enhancement-65067476\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/bierzmowanie\">Confirmation<\/span> is strengthening our bond with <span id=\"urn:enhancement-8662133f\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/kyrios\">Mrem<\/span> <span id=\"urn:enhancement-842e9de0\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl02137\/entity\/bog\">By God<\/span> and the entire Catholic community.
