Like looked Jesus after his resurrection? We don't know; no one really knows, except those who were there in person.

The Protoevangelium of James says that Jesus appeared to some Jews on their way out of Jerusalem shortly before it was destroyed by the Romans and their temple razed to the ground. Luke also records these visions, from a perspective closer to the events.

Based on the Gospel of St. John, it is safe to say that Jesus looked the same before and after his resurrection.
John 20:14-15: Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the other women who were with them, told these things to the apostles. But to Peter their words seemed like nonsense, but he got up and ran to check.

In his excitement, it must have been obvious that this was more than just a disappointment of loss, since he reacted so strongly.

If you want me to show what Jesus looked like after the resurrection, I can't think of a better way than to describe what he looked like before the resurrection.

In other words, Jesus is always described in relation to his pre-crucifixion image. The apocryphal texts describe him as a plain-looking man who traveled around Judea and Galilee preaching and performing miracles of healing that confirm that he is indeed the Son of God, but at no time does his appearance really change much.... His clothes are never described in terms of color or material; only the disciples comment on their unusualness.
