In today's world there are many different genres and performers of music to choose from. It is not uncommon for songs to contain cursing, stimulants and content far removed from faith and from God. So should listening to these types of songs be considered a sin?

As is well known, one of the elements conditioning the commission of sin is an act of the will. In this context, music that is not chosen by us, but only heard in our environment cannot be considered a sin. The situation should be considered differently when this type of songs is chosen in a fully conscious manner.

It is not the music that is the sin, but its content that can lead to it....

By asking ourselves what really drives us to listen to inappropriate songs, it is possible to determine whether it is an evil or innocent act. The most important point is that music in itself does not constitute a sin. However, it can feed us with bad content and thus lead us to sin.
