The performance of an exorcism over a possessed or enslaved person can only be performed by a priest who is a bishop or has been appointed by him to perform this function. Thus, in the Catholic Church, it is not possible for laymen to perform the ritual over other people.
However, there are prayers authorized by specific dioceses for personal recitation - these are simple exorcisms.
Exorcism at home
To perform an exorcism as a layperson, it is worth checking the website of your diocese to see what prayers and actions are allowed. Usually it is a prayer along with sprinkling the house with holy water.
